Customer Commitment
The
role of the counter sales delivery service is
to support the local electrical contractor customer
group. Our target for this service is for the
material orders to be accurately picked, checked,
packaged, labeled and delivered error-free in
a 10 mile radius of Mid-State within 90 minutes
or less after receipt of the order. This
is a customized service originating from the counter
sales department. It was created and tailored
to support the unique needs of the Alexandria
– Pineville electrical contractor. Accountability
for the delivery vehicle and its scheduled deliveries
rest with the counter manager. When possible
this vehicle may assist other deliveries needs,
but readiness for the next contractor order will
be the primary focus.
